When to use Motion Blur
Motion blur makes a still photo look fast: a runner, a car, a cyclist or a pet mid-jump. Set the angle to match the way the subject is moving, 0 degrees for side to side and 90 for up and down, and raise the distance for longer streaks.
Turn on Rotational Blur for wheels, fans or a spinning dancer. If the subject is in the middle of the frame, raise Keep Center Sharp so it stays crisp while the rest of the photo blurs.
