Trendy AI Lab, operated by Renteble Private Limited ("we", "us"), provides a mobile app and this website (trendyailab.com) that turn photos you upload into AI-generated images. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers both the app and the website. By using either, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account details: you sign in with Google, and we receive your email, name, and profile picture from your Google account.
• Location: your IP address and the country derived from it, and approximate and precise location collected by our advertising partners' SDKs to serve and measure ads.
• Photos you upload: the selfies/photos you choose for a generation, and the images we generate for you.
• Purchases: records of credit-pack purchases made through the app store (we do not receive or store your card details).
• Device & usage data: a push-notification token (if you enable notifications), an advertising identifier, and basic in-app activity used to operate and improve the service.
• Analytics & session recordings: anonymized interaction data (screens viewed, taps, and how you move through the app), including session replays and heatmaps used to understand usage and fix problems. Your uploaded and generated photos are masked in these recordings and are not captured.

How we use your information

• To generate the images you request and deliver them back to you.
• To run your account, wallet, and credit purchases.
• To show ads, including rewarded ads that grant free credits.
• To send push notifications you have opted in to, and to provide support.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal obligations.

Third parties we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed to run the service:

• AI image processors (e.g. OpenAI, Replicate): the photo you upload is sent to a third-party AI service to generate your result. You are asked to consent in the app before your first upload.
• Advertising partners: Google AdMob and its mediation partners (Meta Audience Network, InMobi, and Pangle) serve, personalize, and measure ads. To do so they may collect and receive your advertising identifier and approximate/precise location. On iOS your advertising identifier is used only with your App Tracking Transparency permission.
• Google Play / Apple: to process and verify in-app purchases.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: to deliver push notifications.
• Google Analytics for Firebase & Microsoft Clarity: to measure usage and record masked, anonymized session replays and heatmaps that help us improve the app. Microsoft Clarity masks your photos and other sensitive content by default.

Photos and any facial data are used only to generate your images. They are never used for advertising or ad targeting.

Cookies and similar technologies on this website

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how visitors use it, and support advertising. These fall into a few groups:

• Essential cookies keep the site secure and functioning (for example, a security token on the contact form). The site cannot work properly without them.
• Analytics cookies help us measure traffic and improve pages, so we can see which guides and styles are useful and fix what is not.
• Advertising cookies are set by Google and its partners to serve and measure the ads described below.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and other sites on the internet.
• These vendors may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and general location, to select and measure the ads you see.

Your consent choices (EEA, UK and similar regions)

Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies for analytics and advertising through a consent banner when you first visit. Ads shown to visitors who do not consent to personalization are limited to non-personalized ads.

Data retention

• Source photos you upload are deleted within about 24 hours.
• Generated images are deleted about 7 days after creation; failed jobs sooner.
• Account information is kept until you delete your account.

Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time in the app: Account → Delete account. This removes your profile, uploaded and generated images, wallet, and notification tokens. If you can no longer access the app, reach us via our contact page. See our account deletion page for details. We may retain limited records where required by law (e.g. purchase/tax records).

Your choices

• Turn push notifications on or off in Account settings.
• On iOS, allow or deny ad tracking via the system prompt, the app and free ad credits work either way.
• Request access to or deletion of your data via the options above.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR in the EEA and UK, or the CCPA in California), you have rights over your personal data. These can include the right to access a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We do not sell your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, use the in-app options above or reach us via our contact page, and you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

International data transfers

We and our service providers may process your data in countries other than your own, including the United States, where our AI image processors and some infrastructure are located. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, and your photos are used only to generate your images and are deleted afterwards.

Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

Children

The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
