Trendy AI Lab is operated by RENTEBLE PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"). By using Trendy AI Lab you agree to these terms.

The service

Trendy AI Lab generates images from photos you upload, using AI. You need an account to use it. You must be old enough to consent to this agreement in your country.

Credits, ads & purchases

• Generations are paid for with credits. You can earn free credits by watching rewarded ads, or buy credit packs through the app store.
• Purchased credits do not expire. Purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple and are subject to their refund policies.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload or generate content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, violent, or that impersonates or depicts a real person without consent. You may report objectionable results in the app; we may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to process them and deliver your generated images. You are responsible for having the rights to any photo you upload.

Intellectual property

The service is provided "as is". AI output may be imperfect. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
