When should I use Photo and Signature Resizer?
Use it when an online form sets both a size and a file size range, such as IBPS asking for a 200 x 230 pixel photo between 20 KB and 50 KB. Type the numbers from the form's own notice; the exam pages below have them filled in.
Crop to fill suits photos. For a signature, crop tight on white paper first, then use Fit with white border so no stroke is cut. A small signature can be well under the minimum; the tool then adds blank padding inside the file, so the picture is unchanged and the size passes the form's check.
