About the OJAS Photo and Signature Resizer
Gujarat OJAS takes a JPG photo 5 cm high and 3.6 cm wide and a signature 2.5 cm high and 7.5 cm wide, each no larger than 15 KB. Sign in black or blue ink on white paper.
OJAS does not state a pixel size, so the preset uses 150 DPI, which keeps both files sharp and under 15 KB. A single advertisement can set its own rules, so check the one you are applying to.
