About the NEET Photo and Signature Resizer
The NEET UG bulletin sets file sizes, not pixel sizes: the passport photo must be a JPG between 10 KB and 200 KB, colour or black and white, with your face taking about 80% of the picture, ears visible, no mask, on a white background. The signature is a JPG between 10 KB and 100 KB.
The preset uses the standard 3.5 x 4.5 cm passport shape for the photo. Change the width and height if you prefer, the file size range is what the form checks.
The postcard size 4 x 6 inch photos are not uploaded; you carry printed copies to the exam centre. The thumb and finger impressions have their own rules in the bulletin, so check that section before you upload them.
