About the IBPS Photo and Signature Resizer
IBPS asks for four uploads in JPG: a recent colour photo, your signature, your left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration in English. Each has its own pixel size and file size range, scanned at 200 DPI. The same layout is used across IBPS PO, Clerk and RRB recruitments.
Pick a row in the table to load its settings, upload the scan and download the JPG. Write the signature and the declaration in running hand, not capital letters, in black ink on white paper.
A clean signature on white paper is a very small file, often under the minimum. The tool then adds blank padding inside the JPG, so the picture stays the same and the file size passes the form's check.
