About the PAN Card Photo and Signature Resizer
The Protean (NSDL) PAN form takes a colour JPG photo of 3.5 x 2.5 cm at 200 DPI, no larger than 20 KB, and a colour JPG signature of 2 x 4.5 cm at 200 DPI, no larger than 10 KB.
The official table does not say which number is the height. The preset reads the photo as 3.5 cm high and 2.5 cm wide, and the signature as 2 cm high and 4.5 cm wide, the usual shapes for each. Swap them if your form shows otherwise.
