About the RRB Signature Resizer
The photo is not uploaded. The application takes it live with your webcam or phone camera, and uploading an old photo instead gets the form rejected, so only the signature needs resizing.
The signature must be a JPG between 30 KB and 49 KB, at least 140 x 60 pixels and 100 DPI, signed in running hand, not capital letters, in black ink on white paper. The preset makes it 350 x 150 pixels, above the minimum, so it stays sharp.
A clean signature on white paper is a very small file, often under the minimum. The tool then adds blank padding inside the JPG, so the picture stays the same and the file size passes the form's check.
