About the SSC Signature Resizer
The photo is not uploaded. The application takes it live with your webcam or phone camera, and uploading an old photo instead gets the form rejected, so only the signature needs resizing.
The signature must be a scanned JPG between 10 KB and 20 KB, about 6.0 cm wide and 2.0 cm high. Sign in black ink on plain white paper, photograph or scan it in good light, and crop close around the signature before you upload it here. Fit with white border keeps every stroke in frame.
A clean signature on white paper is a very small file, often under the minimum. The tool then adds blank padding inside the JPG, so the picture stays the same and the file size passes the form's check.
